Job description


As a Marketing Analyst, you will study market conditions, competitors’ activities, customer behavior and opportunities to help develop marketing strategies from concept to production. You get to make your ideas reality in a fast-paced environment where your work can have a direct impact on the company as a whole. While you always take a data-first approach to developing improvements, you also need to have a deep creative streak, looking for ways to leverage innovative marketing tactics to drive engagement.

Your responsibilities include

  • Collecting data on competitors’ tactics, market conditions and customer demographics
  • Research customer pain points opinions, preferences and buying habits
  • Analyze competitors’ pricing, sales numbers and channels for marketing and distribution
  • Design and evaluate methods for gathering data–including surveys, interviews, questionnaires and opinion polls
  • Develop tactics and metrics to gauge the effectiveness of existing marketing, advertising and communications programs
  • Monitor and forecast marketing & sales trends; highlight opportunities for new initiatives and promotions
  • Transform complex data findings into text, tables, graphs and data visualisations
  • Work with internal departments to create and present insightful reports
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices, and marketing platforms



Skills we appreciate

  • Experience in website analysis, online advertising data from PPC, Affiliate and Social platforms
  • Ability to understand performance data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Self-motivated, with experience managing themselves to success and finding your own path
  • Ability to identify business problems and opportunities in order to lift revenue and profits
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings to all levels of an organization
