Overview

As a Technical Research Analyst, you will extensively research the core technical aspects in product design, engineering and marketing. From deriving functional requirements to testing out use cases–you'll gather mission-critical insights that help make better business decisions.

Your responsibilities include

  • Analyze market, competition, vendor positioning, offerings and features
  • Form insights that are practical and actionable (not academic)–grounded in data
  • Structure the information for use in product engineering, marketing and other research deliverables.
  • Document research findings and present to internal audiences.
  • Coordinate with Product Management on design and architecture
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure faster and reliable outcomes
